Dr. Danny McGuigan

Danny McGuigan has been Centre Director of his thriving training and development practice based in Glasgow, Scotland for more than 23 years. His client portfolio spans the whole of Europe and includes the British Airports Authority (BAA), HCA International, The European Patent Office and NHS Scotland, amongst many others.

Offering specialist consultancy services in leadership development, coaching, teambuilding, change management, conflict resolution, mediation and conciliation, Danny’s approach is underpinned by experiential learning and by world-class models such as Gallup’s strengths-based approach.

He gained his first degree in honours economics and two postgraduate diplomas in education and business studies from Queens University Belfast and graduated with an MBA from the Strathclyde Graduate Business School and a doctorate in Human Resource Management from Strathclyde University in Glasgow.

He has many years of experience at the helm of medium and large sized organisations as director of sales and marketing, managing director and CEO across industry sectors such as fast moving consumer goods and electrical and electronic.
