Today's effective leaders are called upon to
be much more than managers. Their skills involve
selecting, understanding, motivating and organizing
teams which are more often than not from diverse
backgrounds with different value systems and work
styles.
This workshop focuses on the human skills required
to be an effective leader in an intercultural
environment and follows the work of Ken Blanchard
(Situational Leadership, One Minute Manager) and
Spencer Johnson (Who Moved My Cheese).
This workshop is ideal for new leaders and high
potentials in the organization.
